The welcome email
When you start tracking a list, one email arrives within a minute summarizing the moves found in the last six months, with the five most recent spelled out and a link to the rest. If the look-back finds nothing, no email is sent.The digest
After that, live detections are bundled into a digest:- One email per day at most, no matter how many lists you track. Everything found since the last digest is grouped by list, up to ten rows per list with a link to see the rest.
- Never mid-refresh. If a list is being re-checked, the digest waits until the check has finished, so you get one complete email rather than a trickle.
- Only real detections. The initial six-month look-back is shown in the app and summarized in the welcome email; it is not repeated in the digest.
Turning it off
Stop tracking a list to stop its emails. Each email carries a link to Talent Tracking where you can do that in one click.Emails come from services@hellosky.ai. If they are not arriving, check your spam folder and add the address to your safe senders.
