Remove your most restrictive filter and watch the live count on the search button. Location is the usual culprit: try a wider radius, or turn on Expanded matching so people whose location is only known at the state or country level are included. Also check whether a title filter is set to Current when you meant Current Or Past.
Do a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If you see a “New version available” prompt, click Update now. A stale version of the app in your browser is behind almost all “frozen page” reports.
