# Reading the moves
> Move cards, promotions, the people table, and what the summary numbers mean.
Select a tracked list on the left to see its moves, its summary, and everyone on it.
## Move cards
Each card is one person and one change:
* **Joins** cards show the previous company's logo, an arrow, and the new company's logo, with the new title under **Now** and the old title and company under **Was**.
* **Promoted to** cards show the company once, with the new title, **At** the company, and the previous title under **Was**.
* The header shows when the move was found. Cards from the initial six-month look-back say **Since** and the month the role started, so you can tell history from news.
Click a person's photo or name to open their profile preview without leaving the page. Click a company logo to preview the company.
## Summary numbers
Across the top of the page: how many people you track, how many moves have been detected, and how many lists. Selecting a list adds its own row: people on the list, moves detected, how many are unchanged, how many have no current employer on record, and when the list was last refreshed. Tiles that would show zero are hidden.
## People on this list
Below the cards, the full roster: name and location, current title, current company with its logo, a LinkedIn link, and a status pill. **Detected** with a date marks people with a move; **Unchanged** means their employer matched on the last check; **Checking** appears while a refresh is running. People with moves sort to the top.
The table is the quickest way to audit a list. If a placed candidate shows **Unchanged** with a company you know they left, their public profile has not been updated yet; HelloSky can only see what they publish.
